HAVANA, Cuba, May 21 (ACN) Cuba's Economy and Planning Minister, Ricardo Cabrisas is heading a delegation to the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg to be held from May 24th to the 26th.
Cabrisas began the working visit on Monday in the Russian Federation where he will meet with government authorities and main directives of companies that maintain ties with the Caribbean island.
The Cuban Vice President of the Council of States and Ministers will also co-chair the Cuban-Russian Inter-Governmental Commission for the Economic-Commercial and Scientific-Technical Cooperation, according to a report on the Cubaminrex website.
The Cuban delegation is made up the Minister of Agriculture, Gustavo Rodriguez Rollero, First Vice Ministers of Economy, Transportation and Industry, Raul Garcia Berreiro, Eduardo Rodriguez Davila and Jose Gaspar Alvarez Sandoval, respectively.
In addition to the General Director of Bilateral Affairs of the Cuban Foreign Ministry, Emilio Lozada Garcia and the island's Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Gerardo Penalver Portal, among other officials.
