HAVANA, Cuba, Sep 21 (acn) The airlines Cubana de Aviacion and Air Caraibes signed on Tuesday in Paris an agreement that will make it possible to operate flights of both companies in a joint way, during the Top Resa Professional Tourism Meeting under way in France, Prensa Latina reported.
The head in Paris of Cubana Airlines, Lourdes Hermelo, said that the contract is the result of the agreement signed in April between the General Department of Civil Aviation of France and the Cuban Institute of Civil Aeronautics.
Top Resa 2016 began on Tuesday at the Exhibition Park of Puerta de Versalles, with the presence of 1,560 international exhibitors and over 30,000 professionals of this sector.
Cuba attends the meeting with a delegation of representatives of travel and tourism agencies, such as Havanatur, Cubana de Aviacion, Habaguanex, Gran Caribe, Gaviota Tours and Viajes Cubanacan, among others.
