HAVANA, Cuba, Jun 28 (acn) With the premise of contributing to knowledge and innovation, the 10th International Congress of Management and Public Administration, GESEMAP 2016, began on Tuesday and will run until June 30 at Havana's Convention Center.
Gerardo Montenegro, president of the Organizing Committee, highlighted the participation of professors, students and foreign consultants from delegations of Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Spain, England and Portugal, among other nations.
He explained that among the meeting's activities there will be the 4th International Workshop of Schools and Faculties of Management Training, a panel on gender administration, and presentations of books and magazines.
He added that the focus of the meeting on Friday will be the work and thinking of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, an example in the formation of leaders in Cuba, he pointed out.
