Cuban ETECSA to compensate clients for technical failuresHAVANA, Cuba, Dec 19 (acn) The Telecommunications Company of Cuba S.A, (ETECSA by its Spanish acronym) informs to its customers of nauta mail services on the measures it will apply in compensation for technical difficulties produced in the last weeks of November which caused disruption and instability of this service.

The company will make a 2-hour recharge, equivalent to 4 Cuban convertible pesos (CUC) to customers with Nauta Permanent accounts who have had at least one connection during the aforementioned period.

In addition, those accessing e-mail from the cell phone will earn the amount consumed these days by way of attempts to access the service; the details of the increase in their balance will be notified by SMS as it becomes implemented.
