Cuba to launch foreign investment portfolio

HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 3 (acn) During the second day of the 33rd International Trade Fair that kicked off in Havana this Monday, Cuba will launch its foreign investment portfolio for several sectors of Cuban economy.

Cuba will present projects in the light and food industry where direct foreign investment is more needed to entrepreneurs, businessmen and foreign entities that are participating in this Fair, the largest in the last 15 years.
Cuba is offering a favorable environment for external investments, since there is political and law stability in the country, safety and protection to foreign investments, besides the high qualification of its working force, its promotion of policies in favor of scientific and technological development and the country-s integration to international cooperation mechanisms
Over 900 foreign enterprises from 70 countries are participating in this Fair, exhibiting their products and services in over 20 thousand square meters in the EXPOCUBA fairgrounds
