Havana, Jan 17 (ACN) Cuba’s Economy and Planning Ministry just approved 46 new non-state companies –46 private businesses and one cooperative—which join thousands of these new enterprises already operative in Cuban economy.
The recently approved cooperative is based in Havana in the processing of cocoa, chocolate and other products. Also in the area of food processing is a private business also recently approved.
In all 28 are small companies and 16 are medium businesses all private and operating in the area of gastronomy, construction, textiles, car repairs, accommodations, among other services.
