HAVANA, Cuba, Oct 30 (ACN) The company Aeromexico stepped up connection with Cuba by resuming its flights to the Island after the pause imposed by COVID-19, according to Mexican ambassador Miguel Díaz Reynoso, who remarked that both governments are intent on improving the air link between their nations for the benefit of tourism, family reunification and travelers at large.
Fernando Esqueda Ruiz, Aeromexico’s sales manager for Central America and the Caribbean, pointed out that there will be a 160-seat daily flight to Havana, which he described as a major safe and professional tourist destination in the region.
Passengers of the airline’s first flight, who travelled either as tourists or for family reasons, stated their satisfaction at being in Cuba.
