Jardines del Rey tourist destination ready to host international tourism in post-COVID-19 stage

CIEGO DE AVILA, Cuba, July 29 (ACN) The destination Jardines del Rey, in the north of Ciego de Avila province, is ready to receive international clients and only depends on the authorization of the issuing countries and the re-incorporation of the airlines that fly to the place.

Iyolexis Correa Lorenzo, representative of the ministry of tourism in the territory, told the press they have reached this point after a hard process of preparation of 100% of the staff, the assessment through knowledge tests and supervision by health authorities and the ministry to certify their approval.
The approval of the facilities will be subject to a permanent evaluation as soon as the entry of tourists begins and it implies important modifications to ensure the disinfection of all means and the adequate handling of the products received, the executive emphasized.
Although tourists visiting the destination will not be able to travel to nearby cities, they will have interesting options to interact with nature and enjoy different excursions that will guarantee adventure and outdoor recreation.
