HAVANA, Cuba, Jul 8 (acn) The Council of State of Cuba removed Julián González Toledo from his position as Culture Minister following a proposal made by its President, Army General Raul Castro.
The advisor to the President Abel Prieto Jimenez was appointed as Minister in a provisionary manner, reported Granma newspaper
