Silvio Rodriguez to Sing in Spain after Nine Years

HAVANA, Cuba, Dec. 17 (acn) Cuban singer Silvio Rodriguez will perform in Spain, in the spring of 2016, after nine years of absence, as announced today by numerous newspapers and Web sites of the Iberian Peninsula and confirmed the singer-songwriter in his personal blog Segunda Cita.

Starting from Friday, December 18, tickets for the concert in Madrid, Murcia, A Coruña, Zaragoza and Cordoba will be on sale, while on December 22 tickets will be sold for the following presentations in San Sebastian, Barcelona and Valencia, and soon the day tickets can be purchased for Gijon will be announced.
The author of Ojala will give a total of nine concerts in the Iberian country, from April 3, 2016, at the Velodrome of Anoeta in San Sebastian, and will conclude on May 1sr at the Cuartel de Artilleria of Murcia
During the tour, the 69 year-old artis will present Amorios, his latest album, which will be released in Cuba on December 21, and he will be joined by the Trovarroco Trio (Rachid Lopez, Cesar Bacaro and Mikel Elizarde), Niurka Gonzalez, flutist and clarinetist, and Oliver Valdes, drums and percussion.
