HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 20 (acn) Cuba will be present on Thursday, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena of Las Vegas (U.S.A.), in the gala of the 15th edition of the Latin Grammy Awards, convened by the Latin Academy of Arts and Recording Sciences.
With mentions in Recording of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Urban Performance and Best Urban Song, the single Bailando, by Descemer Bueno and interpreted by Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias along with Gente D Zona, will be one of the main pieces at the show.
There's great expectation with the nomination of Eliades Ochoa and his Patria quartet with the CD El Eliades que Soy, selected as one of the best in the category of Best Traditional Tropical Album.
Also present in the annual awards ceremony will be troubadour Pablo Milanes, with his album Renaciendo, in Best Album by a Singer-Songwriter.
Performing in the evening gala will be artists like Pepe Aguilar, Miguel Bose, Pablo Alboran, Jesse-Joy, Marc Anthony, Carlos Vives, Carlos Santana, Pitbull, Calle 13, Ricky Martin, Juanes and Joan Manuel Serrat, the latter recently honored by the Latin Recording Academy as Person of the Year.
