President Raul Castro Arrives in Colombia

HAVANA, Cuba, Sep 25 (acn) Army General Raul Castro, President of the councils of State and Ministers, arrived at noon Sunday in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, to attend the ceremony of the signing of the Final Agreement for the end of the conflict and the construction of a stable and lasting peace, which will take place in that city on September 26.

Making up the official delegation are Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez; Havana City Historian Eusebio Leal; Jose Luis Ponce, ambassador to Colombia, and other officials of the government and the Foreign Ministry.
