Steel-mechanic company in eastern Cuban province facilitates export of agricultural equipments

HOLGUIN, Cuba, Dec 7 (ACN) The Heroes del 26 de Julio Mechanical Production Enterprise in the city of Holguin is making feasible the export of agricultural equipments to foreign markets, as one of the alternatives to contribute to increase the foreign exchange income to the economy of the industry and contribute to the technological development of its working machinery.

Juan Carlos Parga Palacio, director of the entity, told Cuban News Agency that trade relations have already been established with countries in the Latin American and Caribbean region, such as Bolivia and Jamaica.

Through these trade agreements, he said, foreign companies have the possibility of requesting the type of parts they need to acquire for their machinery, which the Holguin steel-mechanic industry is responsible for making such orders.

In general, the executive stressed, they require spare parts for plows and harrows of different designs and dimensions, including the different varieties of blades of the respective discs used by the second device.

The Heroes del 26 de Julio Company, subordinated to the Iron and Steel Industry sector, is constituted by the Agricultural Equipment and Implements factory, as well as by the Banes and Tauba de Cacocum Electric Motors Production plants, which is mainly focused on obtaining equipment for agriculture and other necessary means for health, services and social works.
