Havana, July 15 (ACN) A Cuban delegation is taking part at the forum called Regional Program for Latin America and the Caribbean: An immersive visit into the best practices of the United Arab Emirates, which is underway in the city of Dubai.
The forum is in tune with a memo of understanding signed in 2024 by the prime ministers of the two nations, according to the Cuban Foreign Ministry’s website.
The initiative aims at deepening mutual understanding between the two governments, promoting good practices in public management and fostering cooperation relations with Latin American and Caribbean nations.
Cuba’s participation at the forum reaffirms its commitment to international dialog, administrative innovation and the reinforcement of institutional capabilities.
The event is sponsored by the Office for the Exchange of Governmental Experiences of the Emirates’ Prime Minister and to authority in Dubai, Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.lc
