The deliberations on the subject will be at the Palacio del Segundo Cabo, located in the Historic Center of Old Havana, which, together with its System of Colonial Fortifications, has been World Heritage since 1982.
Specialists of the Ministry of Science also informed the ACN that the meeting is organized by its organism, the Office of the Historian of Havana and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
