Havana, May 31 (ACN) A delegation of Cuban professionals in different fields of society attended a seminar on Policies and Strategies related to Science, Technology and Innovation for Cuba, which closed doors Friday in China.
The group also includes experts with the Cuban Ministry of Science, Technology and the Environment, representatives of the Ministry of Industries, the Institute of Literature and Linguistics, and others who attended the event, which opened doors May 18.
The seminar was inaugurated by Gu Xianhai, vice-president of the Shandong College and Liu Xiangfei, vice-director of the office for external assistance at the college.
The Cuban delegation toured the Modern Agricultural Scince and Technology Co., Shandong Xincheng a high-tech agriculture enterprise and a project for a zone of rural revitalization and cultural-scientific promotion.
They also visited the Shenzhen Dianming Tech Co. Ltd, producing LED lights for urban lighting and variable message screens.
The agenda of the Cuban delegation also included a meeting with Marina Domenech, Cuban Consul in Guanzhou.
