HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 24 (ACN) Cuban vice president Salvador Valdés Mesa, who is paying an official visit to Tanzania, visited the Biolarvicide Plant of Kibaha, where Cuban technicians are providing assistance.
In his message on X, Valdés Mesa praised the role of this factory—the only one of its kind in Africa—in the fight against malaria in the region.
On the same social network, the Cuban Presidency remarked that the plant has been producing biolarvicides since 2017 and marketing them in seven nations.
