HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 24 (ACN) Cuban VP Salvador Valdés Mesa met today with the head of the Tanzanian Parliament, Tulia Ackson, with whom he discussed various issues related to future cooperation, which he referred to as an important step to strengthen ties with that African nation.
Valdés Mesa expressed to the Tanzanian official his assurance that this visit will contribute significantly to the relations between both countries and parliaments.
On her end, Ms. Ackson thanked the Cuban VP for meeting with her to talk about various aspects of bilateral cooperation.
