
Havana, Dec 28 (ACN) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez extended his deep sorrow and solidarity to the people and government of Liberia for the human loss caused by the blast of a cistern truck carrying gasoline in the central Bong County.
On his X account, the Cuban government official extended his sympathies to the relatives and friends of some 40 victims and he wished fast recovery to the over 80 wounded.
The blast occurred in the small town of Totota, in Bong, some 130 kilometers from the capital Monrovia after the truck went out of the road and turned on its side, causing gasoline leaks causing the explosion while people were trying to extract fuel.
Liberia is locate don the western coast of Africa, bordering Sierra Leone to the Northeast, The Ivory Coast to the East, and Guinea to the North.
