HAVANA, Cuba, Dec 13 (ACN) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla welcomed the appointment of Vince Henderson as minister of Foreign Affairs, International Business, Trade and Energy of Dominica.
Rodríguez Parrilla congratulated Henderson and reasserted Cuba’s willingness to keep strengthening the relations of friendship, solidarity and cooperation between the two countries.
Vince Henderson had previously served as Minister of Planning, Economic Development, Climate Resilience, Sustainable Development and Renewable Energy in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
