HAVANA, Cuba, Dec 7 (ACN) Cuban deputy prime minister Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz arrived in Angola to attend the 10th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS).
The theme of the meeting, "Three continents, three oceans, a common destiny: Building a resilient and sustainable OACPS", reasserts the will to continue improving the performance and cooperation efforts of this institution as an international actor.
The OEACP brings together 49 African states, 19 from the Caribbean—including Cuba, which has a special status—and 11 from the Pacific region.
