HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 25 (ACN) Miguel Diaz-Canel, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Cuban communist party and president of the country, concluded today his official visit to China, the last stop of an international tour of countries in Asia, Africa and Europe.
The Presidency informed on Twitter that the President left Beijing, heading to Istanbul, where he will make a technical stopover before continuing his trip to Cuba.
In Istanbul, considered the historical, cultural and economic center of the country, the Cuban head of state will hold a meeting with several Turkish businessmen, the tweet added.
Diaz-Canel described his visit to China as successful, with a high level of understanding and commitment from Chinese leaders.
The Cuban president and the high-level delegation accompanying him began the international tour last November 16 in Algeria, after which they visited Russia and Turkey.
