President Díaz-Canel concludes visit to Türkiye

HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 24 (ACN) Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez concluded today an official visit to Türkiye, where he talked with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoganal at a meeting in which both countries ratified their willingness to increase political, economic, trade, financial and cooperation relations and keep working together in fields of common interest, including biotechnology, renewable energy, tourism, agriculture, livestock production, health, education, sports and culture.

During the meeting, various ministries and institutions of both countries signed several Memorandums of Understanding and cooperation protocols.

While in Ankara, the Cuban leader also met with the local Cuba solidarity association, with whom he talked about current political and economic issues.

The high-level Cuban delegation departed for China, the last stop of an international tour that also included Algeria and Russia, in all cases in response to invitations made by the leaders of the four countries.
