Havana, Nov 16 (ACN) The secretary of the Cuban Parliament Homero Acosta referred to his working agenda in Spain including his meetings with members of the Spanish Senate and the Deputies’ Congress.
In his Twitter account, Acosta wrote that his delegation met with Pau Mari-Klose and with Anton Gomez Reino, president and vice-president respectfully of the Foreign Affairs Commission of Spains Deputies’ Congress.
“We briefed them about our legislative activity and our position regarding issues of interest for the two sides,” wrote the Cuban Parliament secretary, about the meeting which was also attended by Cuban ambassador to Spain Marcelino Medina.
Acosta also wrote about his meeting with the general secretary of Spain’s Senate Manuel Cavero. He said they addressed prospects for cooperation in different areas.
The Cuban delegation also met with the workers at the island’s embassy in Havana about the legislative work and other issues of national interest.
