The statement added that technicians, medical personnel and directors will receive the hug of the country's authorities upon their arrival, who have followed from the first moment the entire performance, full of emotion, dedication and loyalty to the Revolution, as has always characterized Cuban athletes with disabilities.

Among the institutions to be visited are the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (CIGB), the special school Solidarity with Panama, the Cuban International Tobacco Company (ICT) and the Martires de Barbados sports training school.
