Cuban delegation will have 53 athletes, eight more than in Lima 2019 and they will see action in athletics, judo, taekwondo, table tennis, weightlifting, shooting, badminton, swimming, archery and cycling.
In this event, which will be officially opened on November 17, the island's athletes will try to equal or surpass the 13 titles won four years ago in the Peruvian capital.
As has happened in previous events, it is expected that the highest number of gold medals will be achieved in athletics, with six, and in medals in general with 13.
Cuban para-athletes have been training for several days in Santiago de Chile in order to adapt to the conditions of the site, including the low temperatures.
