HAVANA, Cuba, May 24 (ACN) Cuban badminton players Taymara Oropesa and Roberto Carlos Herrera will compete in the 24th Central American and Caribbean Games of San Salvador 2023, to be held from June 23 to July 8.
Oropesa boasts a good record in regional competitions, since she was first in the double mixed event and third in the women's duo and team event in Veracruz 2014, whereas in Barranquilla 2018 she was first in the women's pair and second in the individual, mixed and team events.
Herrera played in the Pan American Games of Lima 2019 and in the 1st Junior Pan American Games of Cali 2021.
