Havana, Nov 24 (ACN) Cuban rowers Carlos Ajete and Reidy Cardona will debut today in the rowing qualifiers for the Central American and Caribbean Games of San Salvador 2023, held in Mexico City.
The Cuban delegation is made up of 10 athletes who will compete in one or more of the 13 modalities with the aim of qualifying for the Games in El Salvador next year.
Alongside them will be rowers from Venezuela, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Nicaragua, Barbados, Mexico, Colombia and the Dominican Republic.
