HAVANA, Cuba, Dec 17 (ACN) Cuba continues with the anti-COVID-19 vaccination process and has already immunized a total of 745,667 people with booster doses, the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP by its Spanish acronym) reported today.
The Cuban health entity stated that of the total number of people with booster doses of Cuban immunogens, some 71,353 are part of the Clinical Study and 659,395 belong to the population of selected territories and risk groups.
MINSAP also highlights that by the end of December 15, 29, 126,523 anti-COVID-19 doses administered with Soberana 02, Soberana Plus and Abdala had been administered in the country.
As of that date, 10, 235,340 people have received at least one dose, including those vaccinated with Soberana Plus as a single dose. Of these, 9, 275,241 have already received the second dose and 8,870,275 have received the third one.
Of these, 9,402,992 million people have completed their anti-COVID-19 vaccination scheme, which represents 84.1 % of the Cuban population.
