HAVANA, Cuba, Aug 18 (ACN) A group of 10 physicians of the "Henry Reeve" Specialized Contingent for Disasters and Serious Epidemics, together with same amount of doctors who will join the permanent Cuban collaboration in Eswatini, left for that country in southern Africa.
This is the response of Cuba to a request by the Eswatini government for help, emphasized Dr. Jorge Juan Delgado, director of the Central Unit for Medical Collaboration.
This is a proof of the extremely high disposition of our doctors, the senior official stressed.
We trust in your dedication to the task of saving lives, take care of yourselves, said Delgado when saying goodbye to the internationalists.
This is the 46th brigade of the Henry Reeve Contingent that departed from Cuba to face COVID-19, aid that has already reached 39 countries.
