HAVANA, Cuba, Sep 30 (ACN) Inalvis Bonachea, director of trade policy with Europe of the Cuban ministry of foreign trade and foreign investment (MINCEX by its Spanish acronym), highlighted on Tuesday on Twitter that Cuba and Germany foster exports and investments.
In that social media Bonachea expressed that between Tuesday September 29th and October 2nd the first virtual business trip dedicated to the construction sector will be held.
Early this year, Ana Teresita Gonzalez, first deputy minister of the MINCEX, and the German ambassador to the country, Heidrun Tempel, analyzed in Havana how to boost economic ties between the two nations.
Besides, in 2019 Cuban authorities approved the establishment of the first German firm in the Mariel Special Development Zone, located in the province of Artemisa.
The company will produce and assemble industrial valves, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as dynamic equipment and its components.
