HAVANA, Cuba, February 4 (ACN) Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs, began a visit to China today as a special envoy of the Cuban Party and Government.
In a post on X, Mr. Rodríguez mentioned a meeting with Chen Xiaodong, Director of the China International Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), whose work and efforts in promoting bilateral cooperation he acknowledged, especially in the current context facing Cuba.
According to Prensa Latina news agency, he also met with Liu Haixing, head of the International Liaison Department of the Communist Party of China.
Mr. Rodríguez arrived in China after visiting Vietnam, where he met with the top authorities of the Party and Government, also in his capacity as Cuba’s special envoy.
