HAVANA, Cuba, January 28 (ACN) In a post on X, the Cuban Government reported that President Miguel Díaz-CanelBermúdezled the extraordinary Party plenary sessions in the provinces of Las Tunas and Camagüey as part of a string of meetings being held throughout the country to discuss the priorities for 2026.
According to the post, the analysis revolved around both provinces’ commitments to cope the year’s challenges and the way the Party is addressing the main national priorities, namely food production, increased exports, and greater income generation, among other key economic objectives.
The Presidency emphasized in its message that the plenary sessions assessed the role that party members in each region must play to ensure the fulfillment of these goals.
