HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 3 (ACN) The Revolutionary Government called this Saturday on the people of Havana, representing all of Cuba, to a rally at the José Martí Anti-Imperialist Square to condemn the U.S. military aggression against Venezuela.
According to the call, the rally, scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., will also express support for the legitimate Venezuelan President, Nicolás Maduro Moros, and the Popular, Military, and Police Fusion.
Miguel Díaz-Canel, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic, described this U.S. action as criminal and assured that it constitutes state terrorism against the Venezuelan people.
Earlier today, the Government of Venezuela issued a statement reporting a U.S. military aggression in areas of Caracas, the capital, and the states of Miranda, Aragua, and La Guaira.
According to Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, these attacks resulted in several deaths, including military personnel and civilians, and the whereabouts of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, remain unknown.
