Cuba launches new format and campaign for island's leading beer

HOLGUIN, Cuba, Jul 7 (ACN) — The Cristal Festival, organized by Cerveceria Bucanero S.A. as a great show for the Cuban public, will be held in the provinces of Holguin and Havana on July 12 and 19, respectively.

The event, which began in 2023, combines music and dance in an engaging presentation, with the goal of congratulate the Caribbean island people for their continued love and support of Cristal products and the line, the island's leading beer.

Yainelis Calero Perez, Marketing Specialist at Cerveceria Bucanero, told the Cuban News Agency exclusively that, since 2024, when the event was first held during the summer, Holguin was chosen to host the celebrations at the location of the factory responsible for producing the world-class beverage.

The journalist stated that a key moment in the Cristal Festival will be the launch of a new format and campaign: a beer based on the slogan "Bigger, Same Flavor," which will have a 473-milliliter capacity and will represent a renewal of the beverage's image.

The Cristal Festival is part of the "Summer Forever Young" campaign, through which efforts are being made in Cuba to develop recreational, historical, and economic and social contributions, with the goal of ensuring enjoyment for the entire population, especially young people.
