Havana, April 24 (ACN) Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel toured the stands of a health exhibit underway in Havana, as part of the Cuba Salud 2025 International Conference.
The exhibit is considered a key opportunity to set up alliances towards sustainable development focusing on free, universal and accessible healthcare.
The Cuban head of state took the opportunity to exchange views with exhibitors at the fair, deploying healthcare-related products and services from 263 companies from 37 countries.
The exhibit has thus far seen the signing of over 50 business deals by attending companies. Exhibitors include 112 Cuban enterprises, while China as guest of honor brought over 20 company representatives, including important providers of health equipment, means and technology, as well as medications.
