Havana, April 24 (ACN) A flight from the United States returned 82 irregular Cuba migrants to Cuba—74 men and 8 women--, according to the island’s Interior Ministry.
The operation on Thursday takes the number of such returns to 15 from different countries of this year, standing for a total of 450 citizens.
According to official statistics, 93 returns operations were carried out in 2024 from different nations, which involved 1 384 irregulars.
Cuba keeps committed to a regular, safe and orderly migration and reiterates its warning about the life-threatening illegal departures by sea.
