HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 11 (ACN) After several days of growth and scientific exchange, the 11th Convention of Earth Sciences 2025, which has been held at the Havana Convention Center, will end today.
Among the activities of this last date, the advances in geological research in Cuba will be deepened with the aim of knowing more accurately the characteristics of the natural element in the territory and create measures for its conservation and development.
The current state of oil and gas exploration-production in the country will also be analyzed in order to define actions that will allow a better use of these resources.
The projections for geological-mining growth in the National Plan for Social Economic Development up to 2030 is a central theme in this conference because there will be a study of the points that will allow the fulfillment of the objectives of progress in this field.
As part of the program, there will be presentations of services and products that justify the importance of geosciences in society.
The closing ceremony of the event will also take place, where the results of the 11th edition of this international meeting will be presented.
The 11th Earth Science Convention 2025 is nearing its end with the conviction that geosciences are essential for the evolution of the human species and its relationship with the environment.
