HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 10 (ACN) Today’s sessions at the 11th International Convention on Earth Sciences GEOCIENCIAS 2025 will address geo-environmental problems and their impact on both the planet and humanity.
The topic is highly important, given the need to reduce the damage they have caused on the Earth and to promote a better use of its natural resources, according to the messages emanated from the conference.
The day’s program also features a workshop on geodiversity and geoconservation to encourage the responsible use of the environment and a meeting about ways of engaging in mining practices without affecting the environment or people.
GEOCIENCIAS 2025 has developed several scientific activities that will mark the future of these and other fields of work.
