HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 10 (ACN) In a post on X, the Cuban Government reported that President Miguel Díaz-Canel returned to Cuba after participating in the IX Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), held in Honduras.
Speaking Wednesday at the IX Summit of Heads of State and Government of the group, the Cuban leader advocated for Latin American and Caribbean unity as the only way to cope with the great challenges facing the region.
Díaz-Canel traveled on Tuesday to the city of Tegucigalpa, in what was his first visit to the Central American country.
