HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 1 (ACN) How to meet people’s needs in terms of mobility is a focal point of the III International Transport and Logistics Fair “FITL 2025”, under way in this city.
In the presence of Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz, Eduardo Rodríguez Dávila, Cuban Minister of Transport, stressed that finding common ground to work on the sustainable mobility of passengers and cargo, infrastructure upgrading, the use of renewable energies, and the efficiency of supply chains will be priority topics in this Fair, attended by more Cuban and foreign exhibitors and entrepreneurs than in previous years.
Mr. Rodríguez also remarked that Cuba remains committed to national development, supported by a transport and logistics infrastructure program linked to the country’s socioeconomic plans until 2030.
Likewise, the Fair features the III International Colloquium on Logistics Management of Shipments and an international cooperation forum bound to gather various management organizations and agencies and in which the plans for a resilient and low-carbon development of transportation in Cuba will be addressed.
