Havana, March 6 (ACN) Cuban ambassador to Nicaragua Iliana Fonseca thanked local parliamentarians for their support of her country’s struggle against the US economic, commercial and financial blockade.
Fonseca wrote on X that during a session of the Nicaragua parliament, the two sides agreed to strengthen solidarity and support between the two nations and their governments.
A release published on the webpage of the Cuban embassy reads that participants at the meeting agreed to the need to deepen bilateral parliamentary links and explore opportunities to strengthen links between the Cuban and Nicaraguan parliaments of both nations.
