HAVANA, Cuba, Feb 17 (ACN) Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, Cuban foreign minister, toured today the PSA International company in Singapore, as part of his official visit to four Asian countries.
On X, Cuban diplomat highlighted the prestige of this company and its performance as a port operator worldwide.
Rodriguez Parrilla stressed that during the visit he exchanged on the work of PSA International in the Container Terminal of the Port of Mariel, in Cuba.
According to the high-ranking Cuban official, he also discussed how to optimize the impact of these operations on the well-being of the people.
As part of his agenda in Singapore, the head of Cuban diplomacy met on Monday with his counterpart, Vivian Balakrishnan.
Likewise, he added, they highlighted the willingness to increase economic exchange in different sectors.
Singapore is the second stop of an official visit of the Cuban foreign minister to Asian countries, which began in Malaysia, in the context of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations.
According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rodriguez Parrilla will also visit Vietnam and Laos.
Cuban diplomat is accompanied on this official visit to Asian countries by the head of the Minister's Secretariat, Nelson Tamayo Caro, and the director of Asia and Oceania of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ariel Lorenzo Rodriguez.
