Havana, Jan 20 (ACN) Cuban ambassador to Nicaragua Iliana Fonseca met in the capital Managua with directives of the Sandinista media, according to an official release.
During the meeting, the two sides affirmed the significance of keeping up joint cooperation in the communication arena to contribute to the defense of stability, peace and the well-being of the Nicaraguan and Cuban people, PL news agency reported.
According to the official release, the Nicaraguan media executives conveyed greetings and a message of affection from Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega and his people to President Miguel Diaz-Canel, to Army General Raul Castro, and the Cuban people.
