HAVANA, Cuba, Jan 12 (ACN) In a post on X, the Cuban Embassy in Mexico expressed great sorrow over the death of the Cuban Family Medicine specialist Dr. Asiel Pérez Rocillo, who was providing his services at the Xicotepec Hospital, in the state of Puebla.
The message points out that the leaders of the Cuban Medical Brigade, the Cuban Ministry of Public Health and Embassy staff members got in touch at once with the deceased doctor’s family in the island, according to Prensa Latina news agency.
"We are making all necessary arrangements to provide the required consular support and proceed to send Dr. Pérez Rocillo’s remains to Cuba", the embassy reported. “His colleagues and our Brigade send out deepest condolences to his relatives”.
