Havana, Jan 6 (ACN) Cuban first deputy foreign minister Gerardo Penalver Portal is paying official visits to Middle East countries, according to the Cuban Foreign Ministry.
Penalver will pay visits to Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Oman as part of his Middle East tour.
During his stay in that region, the Cuban diplomat will meet bilateral programs including meetings with his counterparts and other local authorities.
