Havana, Nov 19 (ACN) Cuban Food Industry Minister Alberto Lopez thanked the government of Slovakia for a humanitarian donation for the Cuban people.
The shipment, containing powered milk, was received through the World Food Program.
On his X account, the Cuban official stressed the support offered by the European country and shared images of the shipment hand-in ceremony, held on Tuesday.
Present at the ceremony was Slovakian ambassador to Cuba Milan Sachaf and World Food Program representative Etien Laban.
Cuba and Slovakian have maintained bilateral diplomatic relations since 1993.
