HAVANA, Cuba, Nov 11 (ACN) Artemisa, the province most affected by the passage of Hurricane Rafael, has today in its electrical substation power from the national system, as a result of the work to recover the networks damaged by the meteor last Wednesday.
According to the Government of Cuba on X, in Havana the % of clients with electric service is over 95 %, and in Mayabeque it is over 87 %.
The information adds that work continues to provide electricity from the national electric system (SEN) to Pinar del Rio.
On the same social network, the Ministry of Energy and Mines stressed that it is also addressing the effects of earthquakes in eastern Cuba.
According to the agency, no new generating unit has been incorporated and the deficit in generation capacity in the country is maintained.
