Cuba under Warning for Imminent Hurricane Rafael Impact

Havana, Nov 6 (ACN) Cuba issued a hurricane warning as Rafael approaches the southwestern Cuban coast as a Cat 1, with chance to increase intensity.

Heavy rains are expected to pour up to 200 millimeters of rainwater in the western and central region along with ocean surge and flash flooding along the southern coasts, and strong winds.
