Cuba Issues Early Warning Advisory on Low Pressure Areas

 Havana, Nov 1 (ACN) The Cuban National Civil Defense authority issued an early warning on the low pressure area moving on the Caribbean Sea.

Disregarding the possible development of the low pressure areas, the authorities alert on heavy rains and thunder storms which could impact the island of Cuba. With this in mind the state agencies must abide by risk reduction plans and actions to protect the people and resources, particularly in low laying areas.

The civil defense authority alerts the people to keep their attention on the information released by the weather service and meet all indications to avoid the loss of human lives.

The National Civil Defense Authority and the weather service will keep observing the development of the low pressure areas.
